All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, including hair accessories, earrings, and bracelets, we enforce a strict final sale policy.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or variations in colour. We encourage you to review your order carefully before it is placed.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it is immediately processed. Therefore, we are unable to accept any cancellations.

Exception: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting and packing every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right, subject to the following conditions.

Claim Process:

To be eligible for a resolution, you must follow these steps precisely:

1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours: You must email us at contact@liwitan.com within 24 hours of the delivery time recorded by the courier. Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, unedited, and continuous unboxing video as proof. The video must:

• Start with the sealed, unopened package, showing the shipping label clearly.

• Show the process of opening the package and revealing the item(s).

• Clearly display the damage, defect, or incorrect item without any pauses or edits in the video.

3. Provide Details: In your email, please include your full name, order number, and a written description of the issue along with the unboxing video.

Resolution:

Once we receive your claim and validate your video proof, our team will review it. If your claim is approved:

• We will send you a replacement of the exact same item, free of charge.

• If the original item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet the requirements outlined above. No resolution will be offered without valid video proof.
